Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: We feel that every book is a gift (whether it’s for you or for a loved one) so every book ordered from our Web site is carefully wrapped with signature Tummy Talk tissue paper and a Tummy Talk label at no additional cost. You can even add a blank or customized Tummy Talk note card during the checkout process at no additional cost.

Q: How much does shipping cost and how long will shipping take?
A: For a limited time, Ground shipping to locations in 48 states in the U.S., except Hawaii and Alaska, is $3.50! Whether you order 1 book or 5 books, your Ground shipping will be $3.50. Orders are shipped out the next business day and you can expect to receive your book approximately 5-7 business days from the time you place your order, depending on your location. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska or want your TT book right away, you can choose to expedite shipping for an additional fee at checkout.

A: Only customers residing in the state of Washington will need to pay 8.8% sales tax.

Q: This is a gift for a friend/family member. Can I ship this to a third party? And will an invoice appear in my shipment?
A: If you are shipping this as a gift to a friend/family member, please fill out the billing address as your address (where your credit card statement is sent to) and then complete your friend/family member’s address in the “ship to” area. At checkout be sure to check the box stating that your order is a gift so that only a packaging slip without pricing is enclosed.

Q: What if I want to return my book? How do I obtain a return authorization?
A: We’ve taken careful consideration in hopes that you will love your Tummy Talk book. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to find a solution. Returned books must be in new condition; Tummy Talk will not refund a purchase for books that have been used or written on (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the book). In order to return your book, you must first obtain a return authorization code by contacting customer service at 877-210-0122 opt. #2 (for returns) or email within 10 days of receiving your Tummy Talk book so we can process your return. Please send your returned books via insured mail (Tummy Talk is not responsible for uninsured returns lost in the mail) back to:
